The lawyers of Former Police Commissioner Gary Griffith are seeking to have the Firearms Audit Report nullified. They claim that apart from being drafted by a Committee that had no legal authority to do what was done, their client's right to natural justice was breached. In this regard, an application for judicial review has been filed.
