North Korea has fired a ballistic missile over Japan for the first time since 2017, forcing Japan’s government to issue a warning for citizens to take cover. It’s the fifth launch from North Korea in ten days and comes a week after Japan, South Korea, and the U.S. conducted anti-submarine exercises in the region.
