There are claims that the Ministry of Works was misinformed about the missing flap gate at a Sea Lots pump house.
Those claims are coming from the T&T Scrap Iron Dealers Association.
Scrap iron dealers are questioning the Ministry's claims that the gate was stolen.
And if it was the Association says that did not happen recently.
