PAS has failed to meet the conditions outlined by Umno for both parties to work together in the upcoming general election, according to Umno vice-president Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
Therefore, the former Johor menteri besar expected both parties to clash in 27 overlapping parliamentary seats.
The cooperation between Umno and PAS will automatically fall when PAS failed to accept the three conditions set by party president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, he said.
