President Joe Biden is joining other world leaders in condemning Russia’s latest shelling of Ukraine. The shelling occurred in the morning as residents were preparing to head to work and school. The missile attack struck city centers across the country, leaving a number of civilians dead and dozens more injured. The European Union says Russia’s assault on Ukrainian civilians amounts to a war crime.
