Feds Say They Have Enough , To Charge Hunter Biden.
'The Washington Post' reports that federal investigators think they have enough proof to charge the president's son with tax crimes.
They also think they have evidence to show that Hunter falsified paperwork to acquire a gun in 2018.
Investigators are also reportedly looking into money he received from a Ukrainian utility company and his business affiliations in China and Kazakhstan.
'The Washington Post' reports that now a U.S. attorney in Delaware will decide whether to bring charges.
According to Attorney General Merrick Garland, David Weiss is in charge of overseeing the case.
'The Hill' reports that Weiss
was appointed by Trump in 2018.
