The recommendations by the National Recovery Council (NRC) are not his alone but a collective one from experts, says NRC chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
Muhyiddin was speaking to the media after chairing a four-hour NRC meeting at the Finance Ministry here on Tuesday (Sept 27).
