National Commission for Women takes cognisance of 'leaked' video of Chandigarh University students. The Punjab Police on Sunday arrested a woman student of Chandigarh University after she allegedly made objectionable videos of hostel inmates public. The action was taken after hostel inmates claimed their videos went viral.
