The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is free to probe the delay in the delivery of the three offshore patrol vessels (OPV) which were supposed to be completed in 2020, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Prime Minister said that on Thursday (Sept 15), adding that he was informed that the OPVs were still under construction and will be ready soon.
