Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that "more than 1 trillion hryvnias (27.1 billion euro) will be allocated to the security and defence sector" in Ukraine's next year budget. In his nightly address, he adds that "it is clear that the next year budget will be the budget of a country at war."
