A Tasmanian inquiry is re-examining child sexual abuse in one of the state's largest hospitals. The former CEO of the Launceston General Hospital was recalled as a witness, after collapsing while giving evidence during a previous round of hearings. He was asked to tell the commission what actions he took as the head of the hospital, in response to allegations a child had been abused by a member of his staff more than a decade earlier.
