"Pakistan is in this hour of need," warns the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres, after devastating floods affected more than 33 million people in the country. The floods have caused at least 1,300 deaths and washed away homes, businesses, roads and bridges. Guterres is set to travel to Pakistan on Thursday for a solidarity visit.
