INS Vikrant is India's first indigenous Aircraft Carrier. India's planes and helicopters can fly from it. This warship is completely ready. Now it will be commissioned into the Indian Navy on September 2. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go to Kochi and dedicate it to the Navy.
