Conservative leadership candidates take to the stage to convince voters who should be the next leader of the Conservative party. Liz Truss promises to reverse National Insurance, support farmers and back the Rwanda plan to stop people crossing the channel illegally. She goes on to comment on gender politics, saying that as a "plain speaking Yorkshire woman I know that a woman is a woman". Rishi Sunak pledges to crack down on illegal immigration, cut VAT on energy bills and help those struggling with the cost of living in a way that is "responsible".
