The authorities in Mexico have arrested the man who was serving as attorney-general when one of the country's worst human rights atrocities took place. Jesús Murillo is accused of forced disappearance, torture, and obstruction of justice - in relation to the case of forty-three student teachers who went missing eight years ago.
