Footage has emerged of mobility scooter murder victim Tom O'Halloran collecting money for Ukraine and busking. The grandad was fatally stabbed as he rode his mobile scooter in Greenford, west London, on Tuesday. Lee Byer, 44, appeared in court charged with the murder of 87-year-old Thomas O'Halloran in Greenford, west London. The footage was filmed outside Greenford station in June.
