Fears new development in Garstang will end disabled Ava's walks

Disabled deafblind Ava Jolliffe hopes to get a guide dogs, but hopes of her being able to savour the freedom of going for a walk with her dog could be dashed because of plans for major housing development near her new specially adapted home.
