Tasmanian woman loses bid to appeal against murder conviction

The High Court has scuttled a last-ditch bid by Tasmanian woman Susan Neill-Fraser to challenge her murder conviction over the death of her partner. 65-year-old Bob Chappell disappeared from his yacht The Four Winds on Australia day 2009.
