JUST IN: Ro-ro passenger ship MV Filipinas Cebu ran aground in the vicinity waters between Igbon Island and Agho Island in Concepcion, Iloilo on Aug. 9, 2022. The Philippine Coast Guard said all 223 passengers and 38 crew onboard were rescued.
