Spain Implements Thermostat Mandate — up to 80 Degrees Fahrenheit — Despite Heatwave

The government will require certain venues and buildings as well as passenger transportation to keep temperatures between 19 and 27 degrees Celsius (or 66.2 and 80.6 degrees Fahrenheit).
