America was keeping an eye on Zawahiri by local women

Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in a CIA drone strike in Afghanistan on Monday. Now american investigative agency, FBI has now updated Zawahiri's entry on the Most Wanted Terrorist list to "deceased".
