Duchess of Sussex argues for half-sister Samantha Markle's defamation lawsuit to be dismissed

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has argued her description of her childhood in her tell-all Oprah Winfrey interview was not meant to be "objective fact" and so there is no basis for her half-sister, Samantha Markle, to sue her for defamation.
