Why did MP CM Shivraj Singh called himself a Real Tiger?

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, while warning the goon described himself as a tiger. CM called DCP and Bhopal Collector and ask them to take action a goon named tiger.
