PIE 2.0 New Upper Wheel and Three Weights with Torsion Springs (Part 2 of 2)

I am very pleased so far with the idea of the weak torsion springs to keep the PIE 2.0 from jamming when starting. This build is shaping up to be awesome!
(Note: A later redesign made any springs completely unnecessary)
