Shocking moment cyclist collides with church minister, 79, in fatal hit-and-run

Stewart McGinn, 29, smashed into retired teacher Jane Stone head-on as he careered round a corner while cutting onto a pavement in Monmouth, South Wales, causing her head injuries from which she later passed away.
