The Health Ministry will hand over a memorandum on the draft Bill to ban smoking for those born after 2005 to the Cabinet meeting next week, Khairy Jamaluddin said on Friday (July 8 ).
The Health Minister added that he is hopeful the new Bill will be tabled in Parliament this month, pending approval from the meeting.
