The family of slain 19-year-old Amierkhan Mangacop has formally filed the complaint against Dr. Rey Andrew Pepino before the National Bureau of Investigation in Davao City on Friday, July 8. They were accompanied by their lawyer and called for justice over the killing of Amierkahn, who was allegedly shot seven times by Pepino, a non-uniformed personnel of PRO-11.
