Maharashtra crisis: Supreme Court refuses to stay floor test

In a big setback to Uddhav Thackeray, the Supreme Court refused to stay Maharashtra Governor's direction to the Maha Vikas Aghadi government to take a floor test in the Assembly on Thursday.
