Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray left his official residence Varsha and went back to Matoshree on Wednesday night. Thousands of Shiv Sena workers gathered outside Matoshree and raised slogans supporting the party chief. Uddhav decided to leave Varsha in a bid to regroup the rebel MLAs. Uddhav offered to resign as CM at any point if his MLAs ask him to do so. The Shiv Sena chief was accompanied by his wife and sons. Soon after the outreach Eknath Shinde stood firm on his demand and said that Shiv Sena must walk out of the ‘unnatural alliance’ if the party is to survive
