Boris Johnson accused of 'contempt for the North' after snubbing Doncaster appearance

Boris Johnson had been due to appear at a conference of Tory MPs and supporters in Doncaster today - but cancelled to instead go to Ukraine. It has left some Conservatives unhappy.
