Peter Dutton has gone public with what only a few weeks ago could have been considered sensitive national security information on Australia's secuirty pact with the UK and the United States. In an op-ed in The Australian, the opposition leader has revealed he had become convinced he could have secured two US-Built Virginia class nuclear submarines for the Australian Navy within the next 8 years and then after those, another 8 could be built in Adelaide. This is an unusual insight from a recently departed minister.
