Matuga residents puts on notice contractor over substandard road construction material

Matuga residents in Kwale county have put on notice a road contractor for using substandard construction material to construct a sh2 million Kigato road in Waa/Ng'ombeni ward. The road is constructed under the sponsorship of the county government.
