In Pakistan, thousands of people took to the streets on Friday in protest against the rising inflation along with the increase in the prices of petrol and diesel. Apart from the capital Islamabad, these protests were also staged in Lahore and Karachi. In fact, the Pakistan Government decided to deduct petrol-diesel subsidy for the second time in a week. Due to this, the price of petrol in Pakistan increased by thirty rupees per liter on Friday. After this, people protested fiercely. Supporters of Imran Khan's party were also seen in the protest.
