Flood victims call for shakeup of the NSW State Emergency Service

There are growing calls for a shakeup of the NSW state emergency service. Witnesses at a parliamentary inquiry into the Northern Rivers flood response have this week questioned the ability of the SES to effectively lead rescue efforts.
