After the recent amendments in school books in Karnataka, a different kind of controversy has caught fire here. Allegations are being made against the ruling BJP government that it is doing saffronisation of education. Due to this change in school books, many intellectuals and educationists in Karnataka accused the government of saffronisation of education. Not only this, many people associated with the bodies and committees have expressed their protest by resigning.
कर्नाटक में स्कूली किताबों में पिछले दिनों किये गए संशोधन के बाद, यहां एक अलग तरह के विवाद ने तूल पकड़ लिया है। सत्तारूढ़ बीजेपी सरकार पर आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं, कि वो शिक्षा का भागवाकरण कर रही है। स्कूली किताबों में किये गए इस बदलाव को लेकर कर्नाटक में कई बुद्धिजीवियों और शिक्षाविदों ने सरकार पर शिक्षा के भगवाकरण का आरोप लगाया। इतना ही नहीं निकायों और समितियों से से जुड़े कई लोगों ने अपना इस्तीफा देकर, विरोध जताया है।
