As Tobago's 3rd murder victim N'Kosi Bovell was laid to rest on Friday, relatives and friends at the Mt Paran Baptist Church called on the public not to judge him.
Bovell was gunned down on May 15th, at Dutch Fort Restaurant and Bar in Scarborough Tobago. More from Elizabeth Williams.
