Ahead of the assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are all set to begin their Gujarat tour. While PM Modi will visit the poll-bound state for a day, Amit Shah will stay there for two days. PM Modi will address a mega event in Patidar-dominated Saurashtra to woo the Patel voters.
He will kick off his tour by inaugurating a 200-bed multispeciality hospital in Rajkot.
Around 4 pm, Prime Minister Modi will address the seminar of leaders of various cooperative institutions on the subject 'Sahakar Se Samriddhi' at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar. There he will also inaugurate a Nano Urea (Liquid) Plant built at IFFCO, Kalol, said the PMO.
