"My buddies Steve and Kelly were in town for the Snoop Dogg concert," the filmer, Jeff Hayes said. "Steve showed me a TikTok he wanted to try, so we watched it several times.
"This was our fifth and final attempt so I went hard. Thought I needed more whip to pull it off. Then I accidentally dropped him."
