Senior Congress leader and former union minister Kapil Sibal filed his nomination for the Rajya Sabha elections on Wednesday. Sibal was flanked by Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and party MP Ram Gopal Yadav during the process. Sibal said that he had quit the Congress on May 16.
