On May 23, Vinai Kumar Saxena was named as the new Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. This comes just days after Anil Baijal resigned citing ‘personal reasons’. As reported by NDTV, till recently, Vinai Kumar Saxena was the Chairman of Khadi & Village Industries Commission. Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister welcomed Saxena's appointment.
