The Chairman of the 1997 Task Force which produced the Sabga report, Robert Sabga, as well the Opposition Leader, both owe this country an apology. That's the view of Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley, who is accusing them both for turning the abuse of children into a political football. Meantime the Prime Minister maintains that he still has no proof that the report was ever laid in Parliament.
