Former People's Partnership Cabinet member Devant Maharaj is now explaining why he is now in support of the Government implementing the Property Tax,.....after he challenged that very tax in court.
Mr Maharaj tells TV6 News an amendment made to the Act in 2018, made his legal challenge "a moot point."
