Today we are reviewing a swimmers backstroke. We start by focusing on the swimmers head position, the head needs to be back in the water. In slow motion we focus on the swimmers body rotation. The body rotates allowing the arms to catch the water better. Shoulders and hips rotate from the core. We look at the reverse view with focus on the arms and the legs. Slow motion analysis shows key points to the swimmers stroke.
