Northern Ireland is locked in political stalemate again after Thursday's historic elections saw Sinn Fein get the most seats. The Democratic Unionist Party is blocking attempts to re-establish the power-sharing government, and the Northern Ireland Secretary is in Belfast to try and find a solution. But the DUP is refusing to nominate one, leaving the whole of the Northern Ireland Assembly in limbo once again.
