Leaders from Kilifi county want the national government to implement the Sh2.3 billion Kavinyalalo irrigation scheme initiated by former President Mwai Kibaki. The scheme was started by Kibaki during his second term but after his exit, the Jubilee government moved it to Galana-Kulalu.
