Naftogaz CEO praises EU effort to decrease Russian oil and gas imports

The chief executive of Ukrainian state-owned Naftogaz, Yuriy Vitrenko, tells DW he's pleased the EU and Germany in particular are working to decrease dependency on Russian oil and gas and moving toward an oil embargo.
