Why did woman bomber target Chinese nationals in Karachi?

Four people, including three Chinese nationals, were killed and several others injured when a burqa-clad woman bomber detonated explosives near a van outside the gates of the Confucius Institute at Pakistan's Karachi University on Tuesday.
