Roads have been closed in Westminster after a man was seen standing atop scaffolding.
Emergency services are responding to reports the man was spotted stood on the construction platform surrounding a building on Victoria Street, in Westminster.
Officers were called at 1.20pm today alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service (LAS).
