The ODM tribunal is hearing the appeals in Kisumu from MPs positions to MCAs. In Alego Usonga, Nicholas Kut filed an appeal against Samuel Atandi who won the sit during the nominations, In Gem, Jalango Midiwo contested the win of Mp Elisha Odhiambo. Other MCAs' posts have also been contested.
