Bhubaneswar: Youth Found Hanging From Tree Near NALCO Square

Incidents of crime have increased manifold in the capital city of Odisha. Days after the murder of a homeless man near PMG square in Bhubaneswar, a dead body of a youth was found tied to a tree near NALCO square in the capital on Friday.
